Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled physical therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive and individualized care to patients in need of physical therapy services. As a physical therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and monitor progress towards goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical abilities
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide individualized hands-on therapy and exercises
- Educate patients on proper techniques for physical rehabilitation
- Monitor and track progress towards goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Stay up to date on latest research and best practices in physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a physical therapist
- Strong clinical skills and ability to assess and treat a variety of conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
