Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans to help them improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent or recover from injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
3. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
4. Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and techniques for maintaining progress.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
6. Keep detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans.
7. Stay current on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
2. Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. CPR certification.
7. Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities is preferred.
