Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain physical strength and mobility through various exercises and treatments. You will assess their condition, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to help them improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy exercises at home
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
