Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year
Bonus: Monthly performance bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve function and mobility
Educate patients on treatment goals, at-home exercises, and injury prevention
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Texas Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
Passion for orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
