Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding patient care. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply clinical expertise through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients to determine rehabilitation needs
Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical assessments
Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and evidence-based modalities
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery strategies and preventive measures
Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Active Texas Physical Therapist license
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical excellence
Preferred Experience:
Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
Certification or advanced training in manual therapy
Interest or experience in treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries
