Jumpstart Your DPT Journey with the A-Team at Athletic Physical Therapy
Need clinical hours and strong letters of recommendation to get into PT school? We’ve got you covered — and then some. We’re hiring an experienced Physical Therapy Aide with a passion for patient care and a future in healthcare. If you’ve worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting and you’re ready to be part of a high-performing, patient-focused team, this opportunity is for you.
Schedule (Set, No Weekends): Monday: All Day. Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am–12:00pm.
What We’re Looking For: Previous outpatient ortho aide experience is required. Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional exercise progressions. Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field strongly preferred. A+ multitasking and communication skills. Energetic, motivated, and organized. Committed to staying for 1–2+ years. Bonus: You want to grow, lead, and make an impact.
What You’ll Do: Support PTs with hands-on patient care and exercise supervision. Keep the clinic efficient, clean, and moving smoothly. Build relationships with patients and the clinical team. Contribute to a culture that’s serious about results — and growth.
Why Join Our A-Team? Direct mentorship from top PTs and exposure to our proprietary ARC Progression system. Monthly team development and clinical skills training. Earn letters of recommendation from respected DPTs. Get real, meaningful experience that sets your DPT application apart. Be part of a values-driven, multi-location practice that's been serving the community for over 20 years.
Compensation: Pay is based on experience. All inquiries are confidential — we respect your current employment status.
