About the Role: Flexologist
As a Flexologist, you’ll step into a unique role that blends clinical knowledge with fitness innovation. StretchLab’s proprietary training program will prepare you to deliver world-class stretch sessions that promote flexibility, mobility, recovery, and quality of life.
You won’t be confined to a clinic—you’ll work in a vibrant, high-energy studio setting that emphasizes proactive care, functional movement, and client empowerment.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Personalized Stretch Sessions: Conduct customized, one-on-one assisted stretching tailored to individual needs, goals, and limitations.
- Be a Trusted Movement Expert: Educate clients on best practices for mobility, injury prevention, posture, and functional health.
- Create a Positive Client Experience: Foster strong relationships that keep clients motivated, committed, and excited to come back.
- Champion Safety and Excellence: Ensure every session is performed with the highest standard of technique, care, and professionalism.
- Grow and Collaborate: Participate in regular team trainings, workshops, and studio initiatives to stay ahead in your field.
- Promote Wellness Beyond the Studio: Engage with our community through events and social media to spread the StretchLab mission.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Background:
- Licensed or certified professionals including:
- Physical Therapist (PT)
- Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Physical Therapy Aide with clinical experience
- Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM)
- Yoga, Pilates, or Dance Instructors with strong anatomy background
- Experience working hands-on with clients in a fitness, therapy, or wellness environment
- Passion for movement science, mobility work, and proactive health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic attitude and a true heart for helping others
Bonus Points For:
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with corrective exercise, functional movement screening, or recovery modalities
