About the Position:
We are looking for a warm, patient, and engaging piano teacher who can teach beginner-level students, primarily ages 4–10. You’ll be working with young learners who are just beginning their musical journeys, so a playful, encouraging approach is key. We are in a high traffic area of Atlanta. Please be aware of traffic prior to applying to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Teach private and/or small group beginner piano lessons to young students
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment
- Build trusting relationships with families and communicate progress regularly
- Prepare students for occasional low-pressure performance opportunities
- Collaborate with staff and contribute to a team-oriented culture
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience teaching piano to young beginners (ages 4–10)
- Ability to connect with children and adapt to individual learning styles
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor with parents and staff
- Reliable, organized, and committed to showing up with energy and care
- Passionate about the performing arts and child development
Bonus if you:
- Have a background in early childhood education or music education
- Can teach voice and/or guitar and open to teaching Group Piano to ages 3-5 in small classes capped at six kids

Start Date: August 2025
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
