Job Summary
We are a new pilates studio with state of the art equipment in Delray Beach, seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, educate participants on proper techniques, and create an inclusive environment that promotes health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and safe Pilates classes for individuals of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment to enhance their practice.
- Provide personalized modifications and adjustments to accommodate different fitness levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Promote fitness programs and services, contributing to overall fitness sales.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates, anatomy, and physiology to provide informed instruction.
Skills
- Proficient in Pilates techniques with a solid understanding of body mechanics.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to movement and exercise.
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Familiarity with CrossFit or cycling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
- Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
