What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Management applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills
Job Duties and Working ConditionsGeneral Duties
- Operate all store equipment
- Prepare and cook food
- Receive and process phone and online orders
- Stock inventory and ingredients
- Clean store and equipment
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
Communication
- Speak and listen effectively with customers and coworkers
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Essential Skills
- Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Make correct change
- Use keyboard or touchscreen for order entry
- Good hand-eye coordination for food prep and order handling
Work Environment
You may be exposed to:
- Varying indoor and outdoor temperatures (36°F in walk-in cooler up to 90°F+)
- Sudden temperature changes
- Food odors and cornmeal dust
- Cramped spaces (walk-in cooler)
- Hot ovens, sharp tools, and moving parts
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Pushing and pulling trays or carts
- Reaching above and below shoulder height
