Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients used in pizza preparation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new pizza offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in a restaurant or culinary setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
