Looking for an experienced pizza chef to run a wood-burning oven for a private pizza party on Tuesday, August 20 in Long Branch, NJ.
Details:
- Event Date: Tuesday, 8/20
- Time: 6:00 PM start (until service and cleanup are complete)
- Guests: ~42 people
- Pay: $300 flat rate
- Duties:
- Manage and maintain a wood-burning pizza oven
- Stretch dough, sauce, cheese, and top pizzas (Margherita, White, Spicy Red, and Vodka — all sauce prepped in advance)
- Assist with basic cleanup after service
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience making pizza in a wood-burning oven
- Comfortable producing consistent, high-quality pizzas for a crowd
- Able to work cleanly and efficiently
- Equipment: All tools and ingredients will be provided (no outside equipment or ingredients can be used)
- Bonus: High chance of repeat work if this event goes well
