We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Pizzaiolo and Counter Person to join our team at a well-established, authentic Italian pizzeria and restaurant. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience making traditional Italian pizza and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of pizzas using traditional hand-stretched dough
- Operate and manage pizza ovens with precision
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Assist customers at the counter with orders and payments
- Contribute to menu ideas and seasonal specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or pizza cook
- Skilled in dough-making, stretching, and baking techniques
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
