Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of customer service, including in-depth interviewing, call control, empathy, and attention to detail. This role requires exceptional interviewing and drafting skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts. The Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by recording documents that serve as essential testimony in court.
Duties
- Gather all relevant client and case information from various sources within our systems.
- Accurately prefill the Plaintiff Fact Sheet using information provided during the intake process, while also integrating affidavits, based on extensive work, symptomatology , or knowledge of the facility.
- Ask probing questions to ensure that all key details are captured.
- Assist in the litigation process by preparing case files, organizing evidence, and coordinating with clients and witnesses.
- Meticulously review data for consistency and accuracy, paying close attention to names, birthdates, addresses, social security numbers, and other critical identifiers.
- Identify, document, and promptly communicate, any discrepancies regarding names, birthdates, phone numbers, or addresses to ensure we maintain the highest standard of precision.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline the data collection and entry process.
- Navigate multiple computer systems and utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to compile and manage information efficiently.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to manage and reconcile data from various sources efficiently.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work under strict deadlines in a legal environment.
- A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in legal or administrative settings is preferred but not required.
