Extreme Auto Transport is a leading logistics company with over 25 years of experience in the auto transport industry. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning and Governance Manager to lead our dynamic Planning team.
This position is responsible for developing and managing the annual and mid-term business plans, aligning resources and timelines with organizational goals, and leading both strategic and operational projects to support business performance. n addition, the role manages and optimizes transportation and delivery planning for finished vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient movement from OEM plants, ports, rail ramps, and distribution terminals to dealers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual and mid-term strategic business plans
- Align departmental plans and KPIs with company objectives
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Assist with KPI monitoring, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly performance report
- Monitor performance and recommend adjustments as needed
- Coordinate policy documentation, approval authorities, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate shipments from OEMs, ports, rail ramps, and distribution centers
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., operations, network planning, hr, for project execution)
- Lead or support strategic and operational projects as assigned
- Ensure cross-functional coordination and reporting to leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration or a related field.
- ability to work 100% in office out of Duluth, GA.
- Bilingual (English/Korean), especially for global coordination
Required:
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of finished vehicle logistics or transportation planning
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with time-sensitive tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
- Knowledge of corporate governance principles and compliance processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, act with professionalism, and exercise sound judgment.
- Bilingual (English/Korean), especially for global coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
