Job Summary:
TINT 360 is seeking a Plotter Technician Assistant to assist with the coordination, preparation, and documentation of our vehicle enhancement services. This role is vital in ensuring our workflow runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently from intake to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Google Calendar to locate and organize products and services for daily installations.
- Track production details and film usage accurately using our internal Excel-based system.
- Operate XPEL Cutting Software to prepare precision-cut materials for vehicle installs.
- Support the install team by cleaning and prepping vehicles before service.
- Capture high-quality intake photos for documentation and customer records.
- Wipe down and reassemble vehicles post-install to ensure they’re clean and delivery-ready.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks step-by-step
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage priorities and fast-paced workflow.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helpfulness and efficiency.
- Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using new software, including Excel and cutting software and systems.
- Ability to track film square footage and log data related to production team jobs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Position Expectations)
Proficiency with Computers: Comfortable using various software platforms, including Google Calendar, Excel, Design Access Program and specialized tools like XPEL Cutting Software. Gmail internal and external access.HubSpot customer relationship management software.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to meet, communicate, and collaborate effectively with team members and management to support workflow and resolve issues.
Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
Time Management and Deadline Adherence: Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting strict daily deadlines.
Instruction Interpretation: Ability to accurately interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
Customer and Team Relations: Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy in interactions with both team members and customers.
Attention to Vehicle Concerns: Able to identify potential issues or damage to vehicles and promptly consult with the install team to address them appropriately.
Hazard Recognition and Safety Compliance: Ability to recognize and report hazards, and apply safe work methods in compliance with company safety protocols.
Physical Capabilities: Possess the physical strength and stamina required to perform duties such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting materials, and working in and around vehicles.

Physical Demands: This position requires frequent physical activity, including but not limited to:
- Sitting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Handling tools and materials with repetitive fine motor activities.
- Hearing and speaking to communicate effectively in person, via phone, or video conferencing.
- Mobility to work in a typical automotive shop environment and operate standard shop and office equipment.
Stamina to remain standing or seated and maintain focus for extended periods of time.
Vision Requirements:
- Frequent near visual acuity for working with small areas and close-range tasks.
- Near and far visual acuity.
- Color vision for identifying film materials, or diagnostic indicators.
- Ability to read printed documents, digital screens, and monitor diagnostic tools or software.
Environmental Conditions:
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled automotive shop and office setting.
- Temperature exposure may range from mild to moderate cold or heat.
- Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud, occasionally or frequently depending on tasks being performed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license.
- 1+ year of automotive or production experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, plotters, automotive films, wraps, and detailing.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
