Qualifications & requirements include the following:
- Must own your own truck or SUV for transporting pool equipment and chemicals.
- Must have smart phone.
- Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior pool cleaning and maintenance experience required.
- Integrity and character (teachability, reliability, hard-working and commitment.)
- Good communication skills: must be able to communicate verbally and written with customers, supervisor, and team members. (Background in customer service preferred.)
- Ability to keep detailed log of tasks performed, chemical readings, repair recommendations, etc.
- Track chemicals, parts, and other inventory accurately.
- Maintain professional appearance following company guidelines.
- Fast learner with ability to work overtime if necessary.
- Pass initial and random drug screenings
- Background check devoid of felonies such as theft, fraud, larceny

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
