The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and related equipment. You must be able to show up to work on time, have reliable transportatation, and willing to work hard. On the flip side we treat our employees like family.
Duties
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to conduct repairs and maintenance on pool equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs performed, and inventory of supplies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain services performed and recommend further maintenance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments.
Requirements
- Proficient in pool maintenance techniques and practices or willing to learn
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various pool equipment.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
