Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are in good working order
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Equipment operation - contruction equipment, lawn equipment, small to large tractors
- Forklift operation
- General shop cleaning duties
- Washing customer equipment as well as new equipment
- Other tasks not previously mentioned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a porter or in facilities maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Drivers License
- Ability to transition from one task to another
