Key Responsibilities:
- Manage our power supply strategy and portfolio
- Execute energy transactions and hedging strategies
- Ensure compliance with MISO market regulations
- Collaborate on pricing, contracts, and long-term planning
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in energy trading, power markets, or utility operations
- Strong knowledge of MISO and energy risk management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and contract negotiation skills
