Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain powersports rental equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Conduct thorough pre-rental inspections to verify the condition of all units and equipment.
- Assist customers with the rental process, providing information on equipment usage and safety protocols.
- Lead guided tours, ensuring participants adhere to safety guidelines and enjoy a fulfilling outdoor experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns before, during, and after the rental process.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as necessary to maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement improved rental processes and customer service initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficient working with multiple software's and mobile apps.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in motorsports or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in equipment rental, outdoor recreation, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of powersports equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including guests and team members.
- Passion for outdoor activities and knowledge of local trails and riding areas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of powersports vehicles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
