About Us:
Responsible Homecare Inc. is a licensed home care agency committed to delivering high-quality services to individuals and families throughout New York City. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Billing Specialist to join our administrative team and help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our billing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily attendance verification of Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs)
- Collect, review, and enter aide timesheets into the billing system
- Communicate with aides and coordinators to resolve discrepancies or missing information
- Complete daily pre-billing checks for all active cases
- Ensure timesheets are compliant with Medicaid and agency requirements before submission
- Work closely with the billing and coordination teams to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain organized records and logs of all pre-billing activities
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in billing, payroll, or administrative support in a home care or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
- Familiarity with EVV systems such as HHAeXchange (a plus)

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
