We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide individualized attention to children, including those with special needs or requiring additional support.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends.
Skills
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Experience in preschool education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques to support diverse learners.
- Familiarity with toddler care principles and practices.
- Background in special education is a plus for addressing the needs of all students.
- Proficient in early childhood education methodologies, including Montessori approaches.
- Ability to develop engaging curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
