We are seeking a dedicated and passionate PreK3 Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Teacher With All Classroom Activities, including but not limited to:
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
- Foster a love for learning by encouraging curiosity and exploration among students.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Proven experience in classroom management and teaching children in an elementary setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and effective childcare practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
