Overview
The Preschool Director plays a vital role in shaping the educational environment and ensuring the overall success of our preschool program. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and fostering a nurturing atmosphere that promotes the development of young children. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the preschool's mission and goals.
- Manage budgeting processes to ensure financial stability and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and compliance with licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive learning environment by promoting effective teaching practices and supporting staff professional development.
- Collaborate with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders to enhance program offerings.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes for children.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students.
- Cover classes when needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
