Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves working closely with preschool-aged students, implementing lesson plans, and promoting literacy and social skills development.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool students.
- Educate children through play-based learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Keep the classroom organize and clean.
- Foster literacy education by introducing age-appropriate reading materials and activities.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- B.A , AA or Child Care Professional Certificate
- Fluently English
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience in lesson planning tailored to the developmental stages of young learners.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Background screening.
- Able to work in UNITED STATES.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
