The Village School has an opening for a preschool teacher. Teachers are part of a two person team who work together collaboratively and cooperatively to plan and implement curriculum, to support each child's developmental, social, emotional and cognitive growth, and assess children in order to provide both formal and informal feedback to parents. The ideal candidate for a teacher position should have a teaching background. A degree in Early Childhood Education and/or EEC Certification is required. Teacher positions are part time positions in our morning program, with hours from 8:30 am-12:30 pm with an opportunity to extend your hours in our extended day program.
The Village School is a private, non-profit developmental preschool located in Boxford, MA. We are located in the Second Congregational Church at 173 Washington Street (Route 133) in Boxford.
