Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Washer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pressure washing commercial properties at night. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Pressure Washer Technician will ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walkways, drive-thrus, and dumpster pads.
- Assess the condition of surfaces prior to washing and determine the appropriate cleaning methods.
- Apply cleaning solutions and detergents as needed to enhance cleaning effectiveness.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any malfunctions or repairs needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Document work completed and report any issues or additional services required to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pressure washing or physical labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed.
- A valid driver's license is preferred; reliable transportation is necessary.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
