Position Overview:
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance / Power Washing Technician to join our team. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives outdoors in varying weather conditions, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform power washing and cleaning of:
- Tractors, trailers, and other vehicles
- Sidewalks, entryways, and building exteriors
- Commercial windows and glass surfaces
- Ensure quality results using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
- Provide excellent service while interacting with clients onsite
- Work independently or with a team to complete assignments in a timely manner
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in pressure washing, detailing, or custodial work (preferred)
- Comfort using tablets or smartphones to log work
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
