Job Summary
ILMO Products Company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Manager to manage customer and supplier pricing, contracts, rebates, and cost reconciliation. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy within our ERP system and supports margin optimization by working closely with sales, purchasing, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Management
- Update hardgoods and gas pricing through ERP and catalog systems.
- Implement annual price increases and maintain pricing spreadsheets for grouped accounts.
- Set up and adjust customer pricing for gases, hardgoods, and cylinder rentals.
Supplier and Rebate Coordination
- Maintain supplier costs and track quarterly price changes.
- Manage rebate programs and credit validation for key vendors (e.g., Bernard, Lincoln, Caterpillar).
Contract Administration
- Set up and maintain tax contracts, special pricing, and product supply agreements.
- Enter supplier agreements and keep contract files updated.
Margin Analysis
- Review daily margin exception reports and resolve low/negative margin issues.
- Investigate cost discrepancies and confirm pricing with suppliers and purchasing.
Inventory & Part Number Management
- Create and update part numbers for gases, fees, and rentals.
- Manage propane pricing and end-of-month inventory adjustments.
Reporting & Admin
- Submit vendor discounts and trade-in credits.
- Run and review monthly rebate reports and approve vendor credit payments.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a pricing, inventory, or finance-related role (preferably in industrial or manufacturing environment)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., TIMS or similar)
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with frequent computer use
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
