As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Express Care Urgent Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients with minor health concerns. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with minor illnesses or injuries.
- Administer injections and manage airway for patients as necessary.
- Provide outpatient care, including health coaching and follow-up consultations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive measures, and health maintenance strategies.
- Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
Requirements
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
