Overview
Join a leading technology team within the beverage distribution industry as a Principal Solution Analyst specialized in UKG/Kronos platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing workforce management systems, collaborating across business and technology teams to meet complex requirements.
As a senior technical reference, you will lead systems analysis, define technical solutions, and configure Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, and Analytics. This is a strategic opportunity to drive digital transformation in HR for an organization known for its innovation and people-first culture.
This is a full-time hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week in Miramar, FL or typically once a week in Addison, TX. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of Kronos Workforce Dimensions platforms to meet evolving business needs.
- Act as SME within the Solution Analyst team, supporting business requirement gathering and translating them into platform configurations.
- Drive documentation for technical specs, training materials, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business units and IT to define, validate, and execute enhancement roadmaps.
- Monitor and report project progress; resolve blockers, publish status updates, and recommend course corrections.
- Support incident resolution and user requests with a focus on delivering high service quality.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in functional solution design.
- Facilitate BDD (Behavior Driven Design) workshops and help automate acceptance testing where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in systems analysis or functional IT roles with strong business alignment.
- Functional expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions, including Timekeeping, Absence, Accruals, Analytics, and Integrations.
- Familiarity with Dell Boomi and Outlook Plugin for Workforce Dimensions.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile or other systems development lifecycle methodologies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong ability to build consensus and foster collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience mentoring or guiding peers in technical solution delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and automation of acceptance tests.
- Understanding of workforce optimization best practices in large organizations.
- Exposure to other enterprise HRIS or workforce planning platforms.
