Looking for an Adaptive Yoga/Pilates Instructor in Windermere, FL for private in-home sessions: Seeking to bridge the gap between outpatient physical therapy and at-home yoga/pilates sessions focused on flexibility, strength, balance and recovery needs.
I’m on a physical recovery journey and looking for a skilled yoga or Pilates instructor to help me continue building strength, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. These private 45–60 minute sessions will supplement my ongoing outpatient physical therapies. Sessions will focus on safe, modified exercises (often seated, lying down, or supported standing) using equipment as needed.
I’m walking and mobile, but I would like to work with an instructor who can adapt exercises and manage intensity appropriately to match my current physical abilities and goals.
What I’m Looking For:
- Knowledge of adaptations for flexibility, balance, strength, and controlled movement
- Ability to create challenging but safe, sustainable progressions
- Comfort using props/equipment such as yoga blocks, straps, TheraBands, light weights, etc.
- If you have any experience working with clients recovering from injury, illness, or neurological challenges, that would be a plus!
- Positive, encouraging approach with clear communication skills
Compensation & Logistics:
- Competitive hourly rate in the range of $80-$100 per session (45–60 minutes), based on experience, qualifications, and availability
- Opportunities for secured earnings through multi-session package arrangements

- Location: Private home sessions in Windermere, FL (Orlando area)
