Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated independent contractor Process Server to join our team. As a Process Server, you will be responsible for delivering legal documents to individuals involved in court cases.
Area is all of Cortland County and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver legal documents to individuals involved in court cases
- Ensure that all documents are served in accordance with legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all services and attempts made
- Provide timely updates on the status of document delivery
- Work closely with legal teams to coordinate service of process
Skills:
- Proficient in filing legal documents
- Experience as a courier is a plus
