Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team! This role involves maintaining a clean and organized produce area, pricing and stocking items neatly and efficiently, and ensuring a great shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize the produce section regularly to maintain freshness and presentation.
- Price, stock, and rotate produce items in an attractive and orderly manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or quality concerns.
- Assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Work cooperatively with team members and management to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid food handler’s permit required.
- Must be punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Able to lift and move boxes of produce (up to 60 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
