Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Produce Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our produce section is well organized and help with in-out bound freight. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills. This position involves working in a environment where teamwork and attention to details are essential.
Responsibilities
- Providing cleanliness and organization to the produce section, ensuring all products are received, stocked, rotated and picked correctly.
- Perform inventory control by helping management monitor stock levels.
- Assist with shipping and receiving of produce shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Engage in heavy lifting as needed.
- Utilize general math skills for inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members in order to stay on top of this departments needs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment where perishable item rotation and awareness is preferred however, we will also train to meet the departments needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required for unloading, stocking and loading.
- Basic knowledge of math is beneficial for effective inventory management and general job tasks.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
