Product Analyst, Product Quality & Experience Responsibilities
- Identify and measure success of QA efforts through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring of key product metrics to understand trends.
- Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and the presentation of data to develop product quality & testing strategies for our products that serve billions of people and hundreds of millions of businesses.
- Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical and statistical approaches.
- Partner with Product Quality & Experience leadership, Engineering, Vendor Management, and cross-functional teams to inform, influence, support, and execute localization strategy and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with QA leads, program managers and engineers to understand data needs, representing key data insights in a meaningful way.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
- 3+ years of work experience in analytics or data engineering or 2+ years of experience with a Masters Degree. Analytics experience is non-negotiable.
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python), and basic statistics knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with operations research, forecasting, automated testing, or dev ops.

$105,000/year to $156,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
