Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the bay area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning and Ai with expertise in developing and deploying innovative solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, as you will work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Guide customers through onboarding, including prompt design, integrations, and platform configuration
- Run regular check-ins with project stakeholders and host collaborative workshops with their technical teams
- Act as a trusted point of contact, whether it's unblocking implementation or navigating custom workflows
- Join customer calls to provide technical context and support during the sales and onboarding process
- Continuously build and refine conversational flows based on client goals and feedback
Experience
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks and natural language processing.
- Understanding of APIs.
- Prior startup experience, especially in enterprise software or AI/ML solution.
- Experience with prompt engineering in AI workflows
