LOCATION: Remote, anywhere in USA
SALARY RANGE: $100,000-$150,000/year depends on qualifications, years of experience and interview outcome

Job Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization for a professional passionate about advancing agriculture science through practical application and collaboration with industry stakeholders. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the development and success of Tidal Grow's cutting-edge agricultural products. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of agriscience, market trends, or business-related experience in product management. The successful candidate will be able to guide product development and lifecycle management along with collaborating with R&D teams. They will be passionate about sustainable farming practices and dedicated to creating solutions that improve farmer profitability and environmental stewardship.
Essential Job Functions:
- Operate and work within our Mission Driven Culture Core Values and Principles.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Crop Protection portfolio.
- Define product positioning, target market segments, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercialization.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure product efficacy, safety, and compliance.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including farmers, agronomists, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to understand their needs and challenges.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, and training programs.
- Monitor product performance against financial targets, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new product development and existing product enhancements.
- Travel up to 40% (for trade shows, and seasonal work).
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree (BS or MS) in Agronomy, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in agriculture or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership and innovation.
- Strong understanding of crop protection, integrated pest management, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful product development and management.
- Experience with RCBD field trial design, analysis, and interpretation of results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in Agronomy, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in consulting, and other related business fields with minimal practical agricultural work are encouraged to apply.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Travel Required up to 40% depending on the time of year.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, hear, walk, etc., in field conditions, and sometimes needs to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds while working around crop protection products.
Licensing & Special Requirements
- Incumbent is subject to a background check.
- Local State Driver’s license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.
