The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Product Specialist (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in Hazelwood, MO; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; Ridley Park, PA; or Seattle, WA.
Are you an expert in managing enterprise-wide software licenses and systems? Boeing is looking for a skilled Associate Information Technology (IT) Project Management Specialist to lead transformative technology projects from inception to completion. You will bring proven experience in full lifecycle IT project management, complex data migrations, and budget oversight to a world-class team driving innovation in the aerospace domain.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain a centralized and secure repository of software license keys, entitlements, certificates, and digital credentials
Implement and enforce access controls and change tracking on license/key stores
Monitor and track license expirations, renewals, and usage metrics to ensure compliance and business continuity
Collaborate with procurement, Information Technology Asset Management/Software Asset Management (ITAM/SAM), and security teams to support software acquisition and renewal processes
Ensure proper documentation and lifecycle management of software licenses, including versioning and vendor terms
Audit and reconcile license usage data across various tools like ServiceNow
Establish and execute procedures for key rotation, revocation, and secure disposal
Respond to internal audits, vendor audits, and compliance assessments, when called upon
Support onboarding/offboarding processes related to software access and credentials
Provide reporting and insights into license utilization, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Security, or related IT operational roles
Experience with general software licensing models (perpetual, subscription, user/device-based, SaaS, concurrent, etc.) and vendor terms (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe)
Experience with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), least-privilege models, and access governance
Experience with audit processes and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
Experience working cross-functionally with security, procurement, and software delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM), ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications
Experience with scripting or automation for key rotation or license usage reporting (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
Exposure to managing license entitlements across cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Associate: $73,950 - $106,950
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $102,000 - $147,200
