We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role is essential in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our assembly line operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to fabricate and assemble products.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and adhere to safety protocols while working on the factory floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the assembly line.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse and between production areas as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual productivity.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance throughout the production process.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed within the assembly line operations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.86 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
