As an online T-shirt fulfillment company, we seek an associate to print and ship orders while applying the best version of themselves to grow, grow and grow some more. Did you get that we expect to see you grow? While shirt printing experience is advantageous, we'll consider candidates demonstrating the capacity to learn. We want your smarts and your grit and your ability to speak clearly. The rest you will learn as you go. Essential abilities include precise shirt centering, keen observation, rapid task transitions, and the stamina to stand/walk for the entire shift every day.
Ideal applicants are hands-on individuals who enjoy crafting or making things. Prior experience isn't needed. Yet...We appreciate skills like drawing, woodworking, knitting, and sewing, and particularly, shirt printing experience. Accurate shirt centering is crucial and will be tested before a job offer. Practice beforehand is encouraged. But again, there is no real skill or ability that we're looking for, only great character and a committed personality.
This is a manual labor role, not a desk job or remote position. Expect to be on your feet and active throughout the day, contributing to our daily order fulfillment. Starting pay reflects experience, with opportunities for growth based on reliability, commitment, and proficiency.
We operate behind the scenes, without direct customer interaction. If you prefer to avoid customer-facing roles, this environment is ideal. Our small, close-knit team of 20-25 people values both hard work and camaraderie. Productivity is paramount, leading to a genuine sense of accomplishment at day's end.
Key responsibilities involve working swiftly, accurately, and diligently.
This isn't a corporate setting. Authenticity is encouraged. Our focus is on completing tasks, fostering personal growth, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Key job requirements:
- Thinking critically and quickly while performing repetitive tasks.
- Lifting 30-50 pound boxes.
- Crouching, bending, kneeling, and standing for 4+ hours.
- A commitment to continuous learning, as custom printing presents new challenges daily.
- Maintaining a positive, supportive team attitude.
- Working day shifts, Monday through Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.86 - $19.85 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
