The Bakery Wee Bakery is a neighborhood bakery that has been offering custom decorated cakes, cupcakes and a daily selection of delicious pastries for 30 years!
We are looking for a baker to join our team of dedicated and amazing professionals to help continue to bring quality products to our customers. You are someone who:
- Understands that baking is different than cooking
- Is able to follow tried and true recipes
- Works great with a team in a kitchen environment
- Has working knowledge of baking equipment
- Can lift and maneuver 50lbs
- Understands the importance of keeping their environment clean
This position will be responsible for baking off our inventory of products, from hundreds of cakes to croissants, muffins to eclairs. You will keep our freezer stocked with inventory, always ready for the next customer order. You will work with the team to ensure our products are always consistent and of the highest quality. You will assist leadership in keeping track of ingredient inventory, helping with ordering, and maintaining working facilities. You will also work with the team in keeping the kitchen clean and always ready for the next health inspection.
We offer flexible hours and can adjust to a schedule that works for you and your work/life balance. 24-40 hours per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
