Job Description/Safety Analysis
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Line Lead is responsible for achieving daily orders efficiently and effectively with the support of the supervisor.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Make sure production is done in an orderly and timely manner. This includes:
· Acknowledging all mechanical issues.
· Maintaining load speed accurately.
· Using the proper eggs for the correct order.
· Making labels and verifying all the information on packaging is correct.
· Ensuring personnel are working effectively and efficiently.
· Reporting all problems back to the supervisor.
· Doing daily paperwork correctly.
· Report any food safety and quality issues/problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
· Other tasks as assigned
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: The job of Hard Cooked Lead will have been satisfactorily achieved when:
- Daily orders are accomplished
- Work area is neat and cleaned
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Work on machines adjust bars and change plastic
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Multitask and be problem solving oriented.
- Capable of working on feet constantly for up to 8 to 12 hours per day, 5-7 days per week.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
- Hairnets, Latex Gloves, Ear Plugs
- Disposable aprons, goggles, rubber boots, face shield.
- Employee uniform
TRAINING REQUIRED:
· Chemical Handling
· Lock Out/Tag Out (Affected)
· Blood borne Pathogen
· Workplace Hazards
· Bending/Lifting Procedures

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
