Job Overview:
This role combines repetitive production line work with responsibility for operating and maintaining our custom printing equipment. You’ll work with a team to complete large orders efficiently while also managing print alignment, color adjustments, and job-specific customizations through computer interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines (flatbed, UV, etc.)
- Ensure proper color matching, print alignment, and job accuracy
- Review work orders, prep files, and set up print jobs accordingly
- Assist with product assembly, packaging, and line work when needed
- Monitor quality throughout production and catch errors before packing
- Communicate clearly with the team to manage order flow and deadlines
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of printers and workstations
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience with digital or commercial printing machines (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and comfort with production software
- Ability to follow instructions, focus for extended periods, and catch detail errors
- Fluent English (required); bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability—this job is consistent and hands-on
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
