We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The Production Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing activations and live events. You will serve as the bridge between clients, vendors, internal creative teams, and on-site production crews, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production planning and execution of events from concept through completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, logistics, and production schedules
- Coordinate fabrication and transportation of assets, event permits, and staffing
- Ensure all event deliverables meet brand and creative standards
- Oversee on-site setup, production flow, and breakdown
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time and maintain a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Collaborate with internal departments and client teams to ensure alignment on goals
- Provide detailed post-event reporting, asset tracking, and budget reconciliation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in experiential/event production or related field
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and vendor negotiation skills
- Hands-on problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours when required
- Experience with production logistics, permitting, and vendor sourcing
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Background in fabrication, stage production, or agency experience
- Knowledge of digital engagement tools or hybrid events
- Ability to read renderings or production schematics
