DIRECT HIRE - Production Operators are needed for a large bio-chemical facility just outside of Watertown! We are seeking physically active candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, stable work history, and good references. This facility processes large amounts of raw/organic material, so expect to work with large machines, equipment, and at heights of up to 90 ft. Climate is not controlled in this facility, and you may be exposed to natural elements.
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts - The schedule may include weekends, days and nights.Starting Wage: $20-$25/hr. BOE
Work includes:
- Operate machines such as cookers, shakers, and dryers
- Setup and inspection of equipment
- Closely monitor production processes
- Communicate with lab techs, maintenance, and supervisors
- Train in multiple work stations
- Mechanical skills required
- Lift 50lbs repetitively and independently
