Job Summary:
At GarageSkins, Inc., we’re not just hiring employees; we’re building a team of innovators and problem-solvers. We are seeking a Production Team Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. What You’ll Do:

- Optimize Workflow: Keep operations running smoothly by managing schedules and ensuring team members have the tools they need.

What You Bring:
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills, ability to follow directions, listen.
- Attention to detail & ability to multitask, maintain clean and organized environment for optimal efficiency.
- Basic Math ability, Comfort level with conversions of Fractions and Decimals; and being able to read a tape measure.
- Identify best practices in quality control, safety and production, and Follow safety procedures in place.
- Experience with carpentry, wood-working, cabinetry and detailed painting is a PLUS
- Types of equipment in use, not required but desired, comfort level with Table Saw, CNC Router, HVLP Guns, Hot Wire guns.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with standing, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout your shift
- Exposure to noise, dust, and shop-floor conditions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Work Schedule:
- Afternoon/Evening: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
