Position Summary
This role is part of our core production team and is responsible for assembling and testing high-quality electro-mechanical components using semi-automated assembly lines. You’ll work closely with other departments including quality, stockroom, and engineering to ensure timely and accurate builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components based on work instructions
- Operate tools and semi-automated equipment safely and effectively
- Perform basic quality checks and follow internal procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately record work in the ERP system
Assist with material movement and process improvements
Qualifications
Tech 1 – Tech 2 (Entry to Lower Mid-Level):
- No prior experience required for Tech 1
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Tech 3 (Skilled Level):
- 1–2+ years of electro-mechanical or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable working independently on complex assemblies
- Cross-trained in multiple production areas
- Familiarity with ERP systems, work instructions, and BOMs
- Able to train others and assist with troubleshooting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
