- COMPETITIVE PAY- we start at $15.50/hr, but you can be making $18+ within that same year- it all depends on how much effort you put in! We handsomely reward the employees who are doing a great job here. You do get **yearly 3% raises. But you also get a raise when you are trained in, promoted, or just plain working super hard and getting noticed. We're growing fast and have a ton of room for advancement and the pay increases go with it! The average employee receives 2-3 raises per year!
- MONTHLY MVP - you also have a shot to win $50 a month bc everyone votes for the monthly MVP here :)
- TIPS- y'all do amazing in this department. The average employee takes home $40-$50 per WEEK just in tips. That adds up quick over the month! And over the holiday season you can expect to almost double this with cash and gifts from our amazing clients!
- NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS- that's right. We don't play that way. Your nights and weekends are YOU time, friend, and we intend to keep in that way.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING- ask anyone who works here, no other employer can beat us in this area. The owner herself has even stepped in to clean for someone just to get them outta here early when they had an appointment they couldn't miss. WE CARE. That's the difference here. Do we want 2 weeks advance notice when you need time off? Well, heck yes, that's just the polite thing to do. BUT, life happens and we understand that. If you have an appointment or event that comes up, even if it's last minute, we do everything in our power to honor that for you. We even put your needs in front of the clients, and what business can actually say they do that? You hear the crickets chirping there?
